Baseball is our life around here- it is on the menu 7 nights a week. Max finished up Super League last Saturday with a double header in Ogden. He had a great day and really showed how much he has improved over the five weeks they have been playing. He had a great hit and played some awesome defense. It has been hard to adjust to the pitching in Super League because the boys pitch to each other and it can be really inconsistent and the pitcher usually hits a few batters which scares the boys. It will start up again this fall but they willkeep practicing through the summer.
City league has been really fun for Max too. Last night he was honored as the MVP. He went three for three and was hustling on defense and making great plays. Every night he wants to play baseball and Jason is thrilled. Some nights theyare at the diamond until 9:30. When he doesn't have a game or organized practice, he is begging to go hit in the cages or play catch with his dad.
