On Saturday, my mom had an Easter Egg hunt at her house. The kids always have a blast. My mom takes good care of everyone. I just wish she would take care of herself. On the Monday after Easter, she took her 4th LifeFlight Helicopter ride to McKay Dee Hospital and had more heart stents put in. She now has five... I guess one for each of her kids. Hopefully, she will not do that again any time soon.

On Sunday, we had Easter dinner at our house with the Major family and it was so fun to have everyone here. I was nervous about the weather but at least the sun was out. The kids searched for Easter eggs in teams and then the boys played ball until it was time to call it a day. Max still hasn't caught up on his sleep since last weekend.

The Monday Easter, we said good bye to Jason's grandpa, Louis Gunnell. He and Jason were very close and Jason got to speak at the funeral. It was a very rainy day which made it hard for the graveside service. We were lucky to spend a lot of time with Grandpa Gunnell before he died. He spent many Sundays here at our house. He has been pretty lonely since his wife passed away about 2 1/2 years ago but he did make it home in time to celebrate their anniversary. It made Easter even more special to remember the great blessing of the Plan of Salvation and our Savior's atonement and resurrection that will make it possible to live together again.
