Las Vegas
This past weekend, Jason and I headed to Las Vegas. We woke up early Friday morning and made very good time getting there. We shopped at the outlets, ate too much and the best part for Jason was meeting Pete Rose at Caesar's Palace. I was looking forward to lounging at the pool but it was extremely windy. I sat for four hours in the wind anyway, trying to stay warm and catch some rays. We stayed at the Trump Hotel which was very nice but a little out of the way. We missed the kids but made up for it in buying fun things for them. On our way home on Sunday it was raining and snowing and by Monday morning it was winter again in Cache Valley. Thanks Grandpas and Grandmas for taking care of the kids... sorry they get up so early...

Glad you had a great time! I do love a Vegas getaway this time of year. I think we're planning to go this coming December. Still a ways off, but probably perfect timing for getting out of cold weather.

I just wanted to tell you thanks for giving me the book The Thirteenth Tale. I just finished it. It was a great read. I am surely going to check out more of your 5* books:) Love ya!
